All About You:

  • You love to problem solve and can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You're a talented communicator who's comfortable talking on the phone or writing through email or chat.
  • You have excellent English written and oral skills.
  • You don't need to be a coding genius (although you could be!), but you have basic knowledge of HTML, FTP, and CSS.
  • Patience and empathy are virtues you proudly possess.
  • You have a strong work ethic and our team can rely on you to do your best.
  • You're not afraid to ask questions and have a strong desire to keep learning!

Bonus Points:

  • You're eager to stay on top of market trends and developments, including web hosting and domain name registration industry services and products.
  • You have experience with building websites.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance in a supportive manner.
  • Answer sales questions, and recommend the appropriate solutions to potential and existing clients.

Web Developer

We're looking for a proactive, creative web developer to join our development team in our Vancouver office! If you're a creative person who likes to create fresh, cutting edge software, is passionate about making technology accessible to the masses, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

As a developer at Website.com, you'll be developing new projects as well as maintaining existing web applications. You'll be collaborating with a team, as well as taking on your own projects.


All About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computing Science, or equivalent experience
  • General knowledge of web application development and web security
  • Fluent in programming with NodeJS and Coldfusion
  • Experience with latest Javascript technologies: React, Vue or Angular
  • Tools/Languages: Babel, Webpack, Grunt, SVN, ES6+, Typescript
  • Familiar with modern design languages: Material UI / Flat Design

  • You're capable in navigating web or data analytics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to pull campaign insights and identifying optimization opportunities.
