Customer Success Specialist

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to join our Customer Success (CS) team! You'll be the voice of Website.com, using your problem-solving, technical, and communication skills to connect with our customers and leave them feeling loved.

Website.com is a leading website builder service designed to allow anyone to make a website or online store. Operating out of Vancouver, Canada, our in-house development and support team is personally committed to delivering the best website and E-Commerce builder on the market. All About You:

  • You love to problem solve and can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You're a talented communicator who's comfortable talking on the phone or writing through email or chat.
  • You have excellent English written and oral skills.
  • You don't need to be a coding genius (although you could be!), but you have basic knowledge of HTML, FTP, and CSS.
  • Patience and empathy are virtues you proudly possess.
  • You have a strong work ethic and our team can rely on you to do your best.
  • You're not afraid to ask questions and have a strong desire to keep learning!

Bonus Points:

  • You're eager to stay on top of market trends and developments, including web hosting and domain name registration industry services and products.
  • You have experience with building websites.
  • Note: experience in customer support and coding is valuable, but training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and fit!

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance in a supportive manner.
  • Answer sales questions, and recommend the appropriate solutions to potential and existing clients.
  • Be open to providing industry-related feedback and opinions to others within the company.

Video Host and Copywriter

We're on the look out for a charismatic, creative and internet-savvy individual for our Video Host and Copywriter. You're comfortable both in front and behind the camera, and will be creating engaging videos and tutorials as both a host and editor! You're also a creative thinker with excellent writing and research skills!

Your primary mission will be in conceptualizing, designing, and executing innovative video outreach and for Website.com. In addition, you will be responsible for writing and editing copy for a variety of projects such as web pages, email newsletter, social media posts, etc.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Presenting products and services as the on-camera host for our video materials.
  • Co-producing and editing audio & video materials for Website.com and its associated brands.
  • Being the host for live webinars or seminars in the future.
  • Assisting in the development of collateral material; including writing and editing promotional copy, contributing to creative content, etc.
  • Other exciting assignments as the position evolves!
